Last night’s season premiere of Mad Men attracted a surge of social activity: 160K social comments on Bluefin Labs and an activity score of 218K on Trendrr, winning the night on cable TV. Unlike most shows that score big on the social TV charts, Mad Men is a scripted drama, not a reality TV show or live event. A Florida man has agreed to plead guilty to charges he hacked into the email accounts of celebrities such as Christina Aguilera, Mila Kunis and Scarlett Johansson, whose nude photos eventually landed on the Internet. A plea agreement filed Thursday in a Los Angeles federal court says 35-year-old Christopher Chaney has agreed to plead guilty to nine counts, including wiretapping and unauthorized access to a computer. Chaney faces up to 60 years in prison. A hearing was set for Monday.
